Students Volunteer at House of Hope

Sacred Heart Catholic School seeks to instill the value of service in its students. The fourth and fifth grade students recently took separate trips to the Danville House of Hope, a homeless shelter where they helped to sort food for distribution and preparation of meals. Students in fourth through eighth grade regularly complete community service hours so they can learn to give of themselves for the benefit of others.
