SHCS requires a $110.85 per student annual registration. This fee is non-refundable.
SHCS offers several payment plans for student tuition. These plans are available to all students through FACTS, our tuition management program. Our payment plans include the entire academic year.
The first payment for all plans is due July 1. Payment is made through FACTS. Our plans include:
- Full Payment – Pay tuition in full.
- Semi-annual Payment – Pay tuition in two installments.
- Quarterly Payment – Pay tuition in four installments.
- Monthly Payment – Pay tuition monthly.
- Bi-monthly Payment – Pay tuition twice monthly.
Discounts are available for families with more than one child in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade. The second child receives a 25% discount and the third child receives a 50% discount. Families with four or more children enrolled in the school pay a flat rate of $1,000 for the fourth child and each child after that. Discounts do not apply to pre-school.
As part of the admission contract, parents must complete volunteer hours. Fifteen hours are required each year. Single parent families must complete 7.5 hours. Opportunities are provided throughout the year by the school office. Volunteer logs are kept in the school office for recording hours. Monetary donations are accepted in place of volunteer hours; $280.00 for families and $140.00 for single-parent families.
